Information you give us directly
When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we receive whatever you share with us — usually your name, contact details and a description of your business or enquiry. We use this only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our accounting or digital solutions services.
Cookies and analytics
Like most business websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising. Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand which pages are visited and how.
- Google Ads — to measure the results of our search advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing).
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — for the same purpose, on Meta's platforms.
These tools may use cookies to recognise your browser across visits and across other websites. They are provided by Google and Meta, and their own privacy policies explain how they handle this information:
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. You can also opt out of personalised Google advertising via Google's Ads Settings, and out of Meta's ad personalisation via your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
How we protect your information
We only keep the information needed to run our business and respond to you, and we don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Your rights
Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you and to request a correction. To do this, contact us at info@ethixintelligent.com.
